What's involved in executive coaching?
Executive Coaching with Efficere offers one-to-one, confidential sessions for senior-level leaders.
Executive Coaching can assist if you are looking to enhance your leadership skills and improve work performance, or you are wanting help to achieve your professional goals. From strategic thinking, executive presence and influence, to navigating complex challenges and change, coaching can help you improve your leadership and lead with greater confidence, clarity and impact.
I work with you to help you achieve your goals whether they are to:
-
strengthen strategic thinking
-
make time for the important not yet urgent
-
progress your career
-
build influence & presence
-
improve your leadership
-
lead and manage change
-
overcome challenges

Or something entirely different.
Our fit as a coach and coachee is important, so I'm happy to have an initial chat so that you can work out if I'm a good fit for you.

If we go ahead, we'll agree a time and location for our session/s.
We'll usually meet over Teams so that you can use your time efficiently.
Coaching is tailored to you and your needs.
It involves a series of conversations where we work together to:

-
define your goals
-
unpack the context
-
analyse the issues, and
-
identify practical actions you can take to meet your goal
For each session it is best that you have a quiet space with no distractions so you can focus on yourself and your needs.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and you can expect to leave with some follow up; either tools, things to practice or prepare, ready for our next session.
Not sure exactly what that is but something is niggling?
We can work together to identify and target what is going on for you.

Our conversation is completely confidential. No feedback or information about our engagement is passed back to your agency/organisation without your agreement.
Are you a manager who has identified that coaching would benefit one of your team?

I can work with you and your team member to achieve outcomes that you both agree are important.
