What's involved in executive coaching?
I work with you to help you achieve your goals whether they are to:

Or something entirely different.
Our fit as a coach and coachee is important, so I'm happy to have an initial chat so that you can work out if I'm a good fit for you.

If we go ahead, we'll agree a time and location for our session/s. I recommend we meet or talk face to face for at least the first session, if we can. It is the best way to establish a relationship.
Coaching is tailored to you and your needs.
It involves a series of conversations where we work together to:

define your goals

unpack the context
-
analyse the issues, and
-
identify practical actions you can take to meet your goal
We meet in a location free from distractions, often over a coffee or tea in a quiet cafe.
Or, we talk over Zoom or Teams.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and you can expect to leave with some follow up; either tools, things to practice or follow up, ready for our next session.
What you want to address and achieve is up to you.
