Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date/time. 

 

Genuine emergencies will always be accommodated, however, cancellations made within one business day of a session, or failing to attend a session, will incur the full coaching fee. ​

Single sessions are valid for 3 months.

Packages of 3 sessions are valid for 6 months

Packages of 5 sessions are valid for 12 months.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, refunds are not available.
